1. How do I get from KLIA 1 or 2 to the city?
In addition to public transportation options, you can get to the city from Kuala Lumpur International Airport via the following private transfer options: commercial vans, standard sedans, SUVs, and buses. For a convenient and comfortable journey to your city destination, consider private transfer services.
2. How long is the journey from KLIA to the city?
The average travel time from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to the city is about 60 minutes when utilizing private transfer services.
Important note: travel time may vary based on weather and traffic conditions on the day of your journey.
3. How do I make a booking?
Booking with us is a straightforward and efficient process. Follow these simple steps:

Upon receiving your submission, our dedicated team will promptly verify the details
We will then contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm your booking

4. What is the cost for airport transfer?
Our premium airport transfer service starts as low as RM200 for a luxury Toyota Alphard. Prices are subject to change based on pick up time, exact destination, total number of passengers, etc.
5. How can I contact the driver?
You will receive detailed Driver and Vehicle Information one day before your scheduled flight. It is advisable for you to have a messaging app like WhatsApp to allow seamless communication throughout your journey, ensuring you can easily connect with the driver as needed.
6. Where can I find or wait for the driver?
Once you have finished all the immigration and baggage process, you can head straight to the arrival pickup lane where our driver will be waiting for you.
For added convenience, if you're using WhatsApp, a group chat will be created for you to communicate with the driver, or you can directly contact the driver to arrange the pickup point.
7. Will a driver hold a name board at the arrival hall to greet me?
Optional. We don't provide the arrival name board/signage service by default. However we can arrange one for you for an additional fee. Once you see your name board, the driver will take you to our car at the designated pickup area.
8. Where can I locate my name board/signage?
The pickup area with name board/signage will be located on the left side of the arrival exit door.
9. If my flight is delayed, will the driver still wait for us? Is there any extra charge for waiting?
Don't worry, we will monitor your flight closely and arrange our driver accordingly based on your estimated landing time. Depending on the situation, we may assign a new driver and will update you accordingly once you've landed. There will be no extra charges and the buffer time still remains one hour after your flight has landed.
10. Do you offer baby/child seats for kids?
Optional. Baby/child seats will be provided upon request with extra charges due to operational considerations. However, you may bring your own baby/child seats to ensure the safety and comfort of your children during the journey.
11. How do I make a payment? Is a receipt provided?
Making a payment is easy and convenient. You can complete your transaction using Debit/Credit card, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or Cross Border DuitNow QR Code Online and Bank Transfer to confirm your booking. For receipts, an Official Receipt can be provided upon request.
12. Can I receive a refund if I cancel my booking?
Yes. You are entitled to a refund minus bank charges if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. If you have a change of plan, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We'll be glad to assist you.
13. Can I reschedule my pick-up time or postpone my booking?
Yes. You may reschedule or postpone your pick-up time, provided you make the request at least 12 hours before the initially booked pick-up time. Should you wish to make any changes to your reservation, kindly inform us within this time frame, and we will be more than happy to accommodate your request.
