Operational Policy
Advance Bookings required at least one day / 24 hours in advance
For bookings less than 24 hours in advance please contact us directly. We cannot guarantee driver availability for instant booking.
Driver & Vehicle Information will be provided at least 24 hours or one (1) day before pick-up date.
Airport Pick-Up (Arrival)
Don't worry if your flight is delayed or arrives early. We will monitor your flight closely and arrange accordingly.
Pick-up time is based on Actual Time of Arrival (ATA) + buffer time.
Airport Drop-Off (Departure) and other types of pickup
For pickups except at the airport, the driver will be on standby at least 15 minutes from pickup time.
The driver will only move to the lobby area at least 5 minutes from pickup time, or once confirmation is received from the traveler.
Complimentary Waiting Time
Complimentary 60-minute waiting time for pick-up from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) terminal 1 and 2.
Complimentary 20-minute waiting time for pick-up from other locations.
To be fair to the driver, you can extend the waiting time with extra charges.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if we are unable to contact the traveler at least 15 minutes after the complimentary waiting time.
No refund is applicable if the traveler is a no-show.
Airport Transfer Booking Extra Waiting Charge
RM30–RM100 for every 30 minutes extra, depending on the type of vehicle.
Cancellation or Reschedule Booking
Free cancellation/reschedule — no penalty — applicable only for pay-on-arrival bookings submitted up to 24 hours before the flight.
No refund for cancellation less than 24 hours before the booking pick-up time.
No reschedule and no refund for less than 12 hours before the booking pick-up time.
All refunds are subject to approval.
Additional Baggage / Luggage
We provide a generous baggage allowance for each type of vehicle. However, if your baggage exceeds the free allowance, we cannot be held responsible for any issues related to items that do not fit or cannot be accommodated.
Each vehicle comes with a designated maximum load allowance. It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure this allowance is not exceeded. We cannot accept liability for issues that may result from overloading.
Baggage Policy
The standard size for calculating luggage is based on 26–28 inches.
Any large suitcase exceeding 30 inches will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.
One (1) piece of standard size equals two (2) smaller size (20″–22″) luggage.
Important Reminders
Infants and children are counted as one passenger, and travelers are not permitted to bring luggage that exceeds the vehicle's capacity limit due to space constraints. If the driver is unable to accommodate excess baggage, the passenger may be denied service, and any resulting consequences will be the responsibility of the passenger.
Additional Traveler / Passenger
The driver has the right not to pick up if the number of travelers/passengers exceeds the number each vehicle is allowed.

All-Inclusive Price
Our airport transfer service operates on a fixed-price basis. The price includes tolls, parking fees, and any other charges that may be incurred during your journey. As long as you don't change your pickup or drop-off location or time, you won't pay any additional fees.
Airport transfer and pickup/drop-off rates are subject to market adjustments, and actual prices may vary depending on factors such as booking time, usage time, and vendor. The price quoted at the time of booking is only valid for the current reservation.
Late Arrival / Punctuality Guarantee
If our driver does not arrive on time, you may contact us through WhatsApp at +6011-1701 7519. We will coordinate with you immediately to resolve the issue. If the driver cannot provide service on time, we will compensate you at a rate of RM1 per minute of waiting time, up to a maximum of RM60 (in the form of coupons/credit).
If we are ultimately unable to provide service, we will provide a one-to-one refund with additional compensation of 50% of the booking amount.
Confirmation Guarantee
If our site confirms the order but then cancels it, causing you to be unable to travel, we will provide you with a full refund.
Replacement
In the event of vehicle replacement due to operational or other reasons, we shall arrange a vehicle of the same model/category, or an upgraded model/category.

GCRIDE.MY, WHICH IS OWNED BY GOLDCREST CHAUFFEUR SERVICES, IS A COMPANY WHICH PROVIDES A WEBSITE/PLATFORM FOR USERS/CONSUMERS TO VIEW, OBTAIN OR PROCURE GOODS AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY PARTNERS. THE GOODS/SERVICES ARE OFFERED AND/OR PROVIDED BY PARTNERS. GCRIDE'S ROLE IS MERELY TO LINK THE USER WITH SUCH PARTNERS, OR TO ENABLE USERS/CONSUMERS TO VIEW INFORMATION IN RESPECT OF THE PARTNER'S GOODS/SERVICES. GCRIDE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS OF ANY PARTNERS OR INFORMATION RELATING TO THE SAME. PARTNERS SHALL BEAR ALL LIABILITY IN RELATION TO SUCH GOODS AND SERVICES. GCRIDE WILL ONLY HELP USERS/CONSUMERS AND PARTNERS TO COORDINATE PROBLEMS BETWEEN USERS AND PARTNERS TO GET THE BEST BENEFITS FOR BOTH PARTIES.

No Control Over Pricing: All pricing displayed on gcride.my is determined solely by the Partners. gcride.my does not influence, dictate, or set the pricing or terms of the goods and services provided by the Partners.

All payments made by Users are transferred to the respective Partners after deducting minimal bank or service charges and any pre-agreed advertising fees. User Responsibilities — Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their booking information and compliance with any terms set by Partners. Users must resolve any direct issues or disputes related to goods and services with the respective Partner.
